Who it's for

Owners who are serious about it.

  • You run a private company and want government agencies, schools or public authorities as clients
  • You've started registering (or want to know which registrations matter) and feel lost in the portals
  • You've bid before without winning and want to know why
  • You want to team with a prime contractor or be ready when a prime calls

What you walk away with

A plan, not a pep talk.

  • An honest read on whether public-sector work fits your business right now
  • Which registrations and certifications to pursue first, and in what order
  • Where your kind of work is actually bought, and how to find the opportunities
  • What a buyer will ask to see, and what's missing from yours today
  • Your first 90 days, written down before you hang up

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

01

Apply

Pick a time once your window opens and tell us about your business and what you want from the hour.

02

We confirm

We confirm your time by email with a calendar invite; the video link follows. If the window is full, we hold your place for the next one.

03

Prepare

Segun reads your answers before the call, so the hour is spent on you.

04

Meet

Sixty focused minutes by video. You leave with your plan and next steps.

Apply for a seat

Seats are limited in every window.

November sessions are free, by application: your answers are your application. Pick a time once booking opens, or join the waitlist, and we'll confirm a time by email.

Want to talk sooner about your business in general? Book a free 30-minute discovery call or call (914) 292-9412.

November 2026 sessions are free, by application, and we'll confirm a time by email. We can't promise contract awards; we can help you go after them with a plan.

Questions

Good to know.

Is there a fee?

November 2026 sessions are free, by application. Your answers to the form are your application.

Is this a sales pitch?

No. The hour is about your business and your plan. If ESO can help further, we'll say so at the end, briefly.

Why only three windows a year?

So each session gets Segun's full preparation and attention. Between windows you can join the waitlist or book a discovery call with our team.

Do I need to be registered already?

No. Many owners come before they register at all; the session helps you decide which registrations are worth your time.

Is it in person?

Sessions are by video call. If you'd prefer to meet at our Queens or Brooklyn office, mention it in your request.
